- November 7 - December 19 -- 7 week series
Everyone welcome. These classes are a great introduction as well as deepening into the Feldenkrais Method.
Please arrive 15 minutes early if you are new and trying a class for the first time.
Cost: Block booking of 6 classes £48, 7 classes £54, or £10 per class

FUNCTIONAL INTEGRATION (FI)
Judit offers individual functional integration lessons at the OLA Chiropractic.
The lessons last 60-75 min.
- Adult £55
Block booking discount for 4 or more lessons £50 (booked and payed on first lesson). Weekly sessions are recommended at the beginning of series.
Participants of regular ATM group classes £50 per session.
- Child £40 (45min)
Block booking discount for 4 or more lessons £35
For children with developmental movement delays or challenges ideally 3, but at least 2 lessons per week are recommended to gain most benefit. Arrangement of intensives also possible and encouraged, where the child attends 2 lessons per day, 3 or 4 days in one week and has a longer break in between the intensives. Different arrangements are alpossible.
Appointments include consultation.
24hr cancellation policy applies. Full payment is required if less than 24hr notice is given.
