These lessons are designed to help reduce tension, calm and regulate the nervous system, and support a state of deep rest and relaxation through gentle movement and somatic awareness.
The lessons will mostly be done lying on your back or side, and are suitable for everyone, including beginners.
Many people find Feldenkrais especially helpful in the evening, as it can support a shift out of stress and into a quieter, more settled state. It can also be a lovely way to prepare for sleep, allowing the learning and integration to continue during rest.
